There are all kinds of reasons why you might want to change your delivery date, so we've made it really easy for you to cancel or reschedule your delivery on a day that suits you.
If we attempted to deliver your item but were unable to complete the job, you can reschedule your delivery quickly and easily.
Missing, delayed or damaged parcels?
We have high standards and will do our best to make sure that every item you purchase is delivered safely, and on time. But sometimes things don't go exactly to plan. Please get in touch if you need to discuss any delays, missing or damaged items after your delivery has been completed.

On the day of delivery, you will get notified of your estimated time of delivery, the name of your Delivery Professional, and their phone number. You can even check the location of your item in real-time using Map View.
