If you’ve missed a delivery, and received a notification from your delivery professional, you can get your item re-delivered to the same or different address. Follow the instructions below to have an item re-delivered.

How to arrange a re-delivery

Enter you tracking ID

You'll find your tracking number in the order confirmation text or SMS you received after you made your purchase.

Enter a delivery address

Follow the simple instructions to add your preferred delivery address.

Select a delivery date

Choose a new delivery date from the options provided.
