I like the physical work involved in loading, unloading and delivering. The best thing is going to different places and meeting different people.

I had my own business in the past and the biggest challenge was finding clients, but now I have the ANC team giving me jobs. I just have to be organised, on time, ready to go. It is easy.

A happy customer at the end of the day is what I strive for. I achieve this by always thinking from their perspective, following procedures and going above and beyond to ensure each delivery experience is completed to the best of my ability.

I love the customers service side of every delivery, it’s very social. Being out and about, seeing different people, especially when you build up a rapport and can share a joke, this is my ideal.

The delivery is sometimes the first interaction the customer has and I am always aware that I am representing ANC and the client. I always say hello and greet them by their name, offering a personal service where possible is one which they will remember positively.

I love working at ANC, you feel like you're part of a really big family!

The customers are always so keen to receive what they ordered. I feel like Santa Clause, being able to deliver something the customer has been wanting, needing, waiting for.

I enjoy being my own boss and the responsibility of getting the job done. It's great having a support team allocating the work so I can concentrate on getting the deliveries to the customers on time and make sure they are happy.

As an Owner Driver and a pet lover, delivering for Pet Circle is ideal. I like getting up early, being out on the road and going to new places every day.

I love the freedom. I enjoy being in control of how I manage my day, my route, when I take breaks and just working things out for myself. I really enjoy the relationships you build up with the clients.

Being out and about on the road is my favourite part of my job. I have been able to meet many wonderful people,. It keeps it interesting as no two days are the same.

Being an ANC delivery driver I achieve a good work-life balance with the ability to be outdoors and meeting new people.

I love being a part of a company that no matter how fast we are growing, continues to stay very personal. Despite things getting quite busy and at times stressful as they do in transport we have plenty of fun together It truly feels like family.
