Kerri’s current role is a Delivery Experience Lead (DXL) working with our valued client IKEA at their Tempe store. Here Kerri plays a pivotal role in ensuring that IKEA’s customers not only receive their deliveries promptly but also enjoy a seamless and delightful delivery experience.
Before stepping into her current role, Kerri showcased her excellence as a Delivery Professional, expertly navigating Tuk-Tuk small parcel deliveries. This experience provided her with a profound understanding of the nuances of delivering for a renowned brand like IKEA.
Kerri’s favourite part of her job is being outdoors and witnessing the joy on customer’s faces when they receive their delivery. This genuine enthusiasm stems from her own personal satisfaction in knowing that she played a role in making someone’s day a little brighter.
When not immersed in the world of deliveries, Kerri dedicates her weekends to family. Despite living away from them, she seizes every opportunity to spend quality time together with them. In her downtime, Kerri enjoys the simple pleasures of life – cooking, cleaning, and indulging in Netflix documentaries.
