Sanzid Ahmed

Sanzid Ahmed is an experienced HR Professional with experience in FMCG, Healthcare and the Supply chain Industry. He holds a post graduate diploma in Global HRM from University of Liverpool and also holds a Diploma in Positive Psychology as well as bachelor’s in business administration.

Sanzid has occupied several senior roles across geographies. He served as Group Head of HR Global Operations at British American Tobacco in the UK where he gained significant experience in supply chain and overall operations functions people and capability development at global scale. Prior to that he was HR Director for Australasia Area for the same organisation. He also served as HR Director at Reckitt Bangladesh previously.

In his current capacity, Sanzid’s mission is to shape and implement future focused talent strategy aligned with overall business mission to empower our people to deliver outstanding performance while thriving for an engaging culture. Sanzid is also responsible for building capabilities of our delivery professionals and embedding safety culture across the organisation. Sanzid is well known for driving organisational transformation, building capabilities, and enabling an engaging culture.
