Mo Abbas

Mo Abbas is an accomplished executive leader with diverse experience in the telecommunications, energy, & logistics industries. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Strategy from the Otago Polytech, New Zealand and a Certified Executive Coach completed at Henley College, London.

Throughout his career, Mo has occupied various senior leadership roles. He served as the Head of Customer Engagement at Mercury Energy, New Zealand and most recently held the position of Head of Customer Propositions before joining ANC.

In his current capacity as the Chief Growth & Sustainability Officer, Mo’s mission is to reposition ANC as the exemplar for last mile delivery in Australia. He is deeply committed to sustainability & fostering innovation and delivering more sustainable solutions for clients and customers.

Throughout his career Mo has spearheaded the growth and development of teams, emphasising innovation and service differentiation.

Recognised for his customer-centric approach, Mo is a known for being an industry collaborator and relationship builder, dedicated to driving shareholder return and creating enduring customer value.

Outside of his professional endeavours, Mo’s top priority is his family. He cherishes moments spent with his wonderful wife and four children and delights in travelling and enjoying the simple pleasures of life. Additionally, Mo maintains an active role in his community, coaching young aspiring leaders into career pathways and continues to conduct executive coaching to people in need.
