Joe Sofra

Joe Sofra is an accomplished executive leader with diverse experience in the logistics, energy, security, resources & industrial industry. He holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Melbourne, complementing his Bachelor of Engineering degree from RMIT University.

Throughout his career, Joe has occupied various high-profile executive roles. He served as the Managing Director of G4S and held the position of CEO Resources & Industrial at Broadspectrum, now Ventia.

In his current capacity as the CEO of ANC, Joe's mission is to inspire and empower ANC's workforce to innovate and create cutting-edge last mile delivery solutions. He is deeply committed to revolutionising service and supply chain models, fostering innovation, and delivering more productive outcomes for clients and customers.

Throughout his career, Joe has spearheaded the growth and development of teams, emphasising innovation and service differentiation. Recognised for his customer-centric approach, Joe is a renowned industry collaborator and relationship builder, dedicated to driving shareholder return and creating enduring customer value.

Outside of his professional endeavours, Joe's top priority is his family. He cherishes moments spent with his wonderful wife and two daughters and delights in traveling and enjoying the simple pleasures of life. Additionally, Joe maintains an active lifestyle, starting each day with a 5:30 AM workout, whether indoors or outdoors, year-round.
