Beverly Lennox

As ANC's CFO and Head of Corporate Services, Beverly Lennox plays a pivotal role in ensuring the company's continued financial stability. She is dedicated to supporting the leadership team in driving significant financial growth while helping the organisation adapt to the rapidly changing demands of the retail landscape.

Beverly's career has primarily unfolded within the Spirits and Wine industry, spanning across multiple international regions, including the UK, Canada, the US, and Australia. Her professional journey has seen her contribute her expertise to both large multinationals and smaller family businesses. Although her background differs from the transport industry, Beverly firmly believes that the leadership experiences she's gained over the years are highly relevant to her current role as ANC's CFO and her integral position within the Executive Leadership Team.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of her job is embracing new challenges, providing guidance and mentorship to the Finance and Shared Services team, streamlining processes, and fostering strong business partnerships with Sales and Operations.

Beyond her professional commitments, she relishes spending quality time with her family and reconnecting with friends. Gardening serves as a personal passion, allowing her to happily spend hours tending to her relatively small garden.

In her capacity, Beverly ensures that ANC has complete visibility into its financial performance. She provides the organization with the necessary information and challenges essential to support informed decision-making. Beverly's academic background includes a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology Sydney, and she is a proud member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.

Throughout her career, Beverly has held significant roles, having served as the CFO for McWilliams Wines, Cumulus Wines, and as the Director of Finance, Supply, and Direct to Consumer at Diageo Chateau & Estate Wines.
