Benjamin Taylor, known to many as 'BJ', is a dynamic professional at ANC with an impressive career history and a skill set perfectly aligned with the company's mission and values.

In his current role as the Group Executive Transformation & Technology, BJ is dedicated to shaping and executing ANC's Transformation and Last Mile Delivery Technology Strategies. His mission involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to devise innovative solutions that enhance the overall customer experience for clients, staff, and delivery professionals.

BJ's journey within the transport industry began in 2011 at ANC, where he embarked on a multifaceted career path, starting from the ground up by operating a forklift in a warehouse. His progression within the company has been marked by diverse roles, including the transition of new contracts into the business. This journey has provided him with a well-rounded understanding and valuable experience across the intricacies of the Supply Chain.

What truly resonates with BJ in his role is the constant challenges presented by the ever-evolving and growing field of Last Mile Delivery. He relishes the opportunity to collaborate with ANC's exceptional teams and external partners to find simple and innovative ways to enhance the customer experience for clients, customers, staff, and delivery professionals.

Outside of his professional commitments, BJ treasures quality time spent with family and friends. He and his wife prioritise weekends and holidays filled with laughter, adventure, and relaxation.

BJ's contribution to ANC's ability to deliver extraordinary experiences is rooted in empowering and enabling his team. They collaboratively design systems that place the customer experience at the core of their design thinking and solution development.

Complementing his extensive experience, BJ is in the final stages of completing his Bachelor of Commerce & Entrepreneurial Management at Macquarie University. He has also earned accreditations in various Project Management approaches through PMP Partners and is a proud member of the Entrepreneurs Organisation.
