What do you do at ANC?
I am a National Account Manager. I help develop and maintain ANC’s relationship with some of our key clients.
Transport career experience?
I’ve been involved in the transport industry (both International and domestic/local) for over 20 years. I’ve been lucky enough to work with ANC for since 2008.
Favourite part of your job?
I’m based on the road so I have the opportunity to deal with all types of people on a daily basis. It’s very rewarding building strong working relationships. Bunnings offer plenty of experiences so there is never a dull moment! And I couldn’t ask for a better team of people to deal with internally at ANC. Makes going to work a lot of fun!
How would you describe ANC if it was a person?
Hard working, flexible, nothing is too hard. Great teamwork.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
I enjoy sports and play basketball a couple of nights a week. I try and fit that in around spending time with my wife and four kids.
How do you help ANC deliver extraordinary experiences?
The sheer variety of the Bunnings product range that we deliver – many goods being long, heavy, bulky and awkward – makes every day an adventure. It is my role to ensure that ANC and Bunnings are on the same page and working together to achieve the same goal – exceeding customer satisfaction with the entire delivery service experience – and helping to make sure it’s done in a safe and effective manner.
