What do you do at ANC?
As the National Account Manager, it is my role to care for our major clients by maintaining a strategic and honest relationship, ensuring our delivery performance is in line with our commitment and provide a national position in regards to communication, reporting and procedures.
Transport career experience?
I’ve held senior management positions with major transport and logistics companies and have a diverse background of experience in operations, carrier and account management.
Favourite part of your job?
I really enjoy developing great relationships with people and getting good results!
How would you describe ANC if it was a person?
Someone you can trust and rely on if you ever need help. Sounds a little corny, but it’s true.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
Hit the highway on my Harley Davidson, free as a bird, without a worry in the world.
How do you help ANC deliver extraordinary experiences?
Processing feedback from clients and working with our operations teams to drive change and enhance the delivery experience for everyone involved. I also think it’s just as important for our clients to recognise and reward our dedicated drivers who perform duties with extraordinary delivery service.
