What do you do at ANC?
I manage the relationship between ANC and IKEA and explore opportunities to allow our businesses to grow closer and stronger in our partnership, while looking for ways to improve our customers experience today and into the future.
Transport career experience?
I have been with ANC since 2012, in account management and service implementation. Prior twenty years in hospitality management with advanced diplomas in HR and Business Management.
Favourite part of your job?
Creating and putting in place better transport and distribution solutions – to make sure the clients’ customer’s entire delivery experience with IKEA and ANC is the best it can possibly be, every time.
How would you describe ANC if it was a person?
Someone I’d want next to me when the world turns upside down and things get tough.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
If I don’t start with ‘spend time with my wife and kids’ I’ll be sleeping on the couch! My other love is cars. If it’s got wheels and an engine I’m a happy man.
